Are galleys on cruise ships and ocean liners gas or electrical?

1. As I work on a cruise ship (am on it now infact) I can defo tell you the galleys use electric - the only gas we have onboard is for the oxy-acetlyene torches and the oxygen in the infirmary :)
2. Mostly gas but there are certain items that they use electricity to cook certain articles. Maybe a 70/30 split.
