What are your tricks to staying healthy during the holidays?
I know its really hard to stay healthy and not gain weight during the holidays with all of those tasty treats and foods and such lying around. What are some tips or tricks you have to stay healthy?

- watching what i eat and how much i eat. i exercise and drink plenty of water, dont drink too much alcohol or sodas during the holidays.
- I drink plenty of water. I try to only drink water too. It keeps me full and it keeps me from drinking high in calorie drinks. Hot cocoa, eggnog, etc.
